In today’s busy world there is always so much to do and never enough time to do it and with the pressures of social media and needing to keep up appearances we all too often do this at the expense of our own well-being. Self-Care has become a buzz word that gets thrown around but what does it really mean?


Well we think it means taking the time to carve out a little slice of me time to re-charge your depleting batteries so you can be the best version of yourself for you and for those you care about. It is not about being selfish or lazy, it is about ensuring you do what you need to do to be able to keep going, to be the best parent, partner, friend, worker or whatever other hat you wear each day.  And most importantly to be the happiest version of yourself you can be and to keep your stress levels down which in turns helps keep your pain levels down and reduce flare ups of your condition.
